You’ve been promoting your workplace as really LGBTQ friendly. A lot of the people involved are very aware of gay issues and are completely welcoming and accepting of other sexualities. You are part of the recruitment weekend for new hires in your office, and this individual identifies as trans*. While speaking with them you realize that your workplace doesn’t have gender neutral bathrooms, a lot of people were confusing this person’s gender pronouns all day, and generally not reaching out to this individual as much as others. How do you proceed when you notice this?
