Can I change a tutor?

Yes, you can change a tutor if you aren’t satisfied with the quality of the primary tutor. Simply contact the customer support and request to assign a different tutor.

How can I get a refund?

You can only get a refund if you scored less than 60% in the task and you raised concern before finally accepting the solution. You will also get a refund if the solution turns out to be plagiarized, which is very unlikely as the solution is reviewed by an efficient Quality Assurance team in place.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds generally take about 3–7 business days for your financial institution to process, but it may take up to 9 business days to be reflected on your statement.
