Do you agree with Nike’s strategy? Do you think Nike is launching too many sneakers?

I have to say that I do agree with Nike's strategy, for the simple  fact that it is working for them. They are one of, if not the, most  popular brand of shoe and they are making millions each year. Clearly,  their strategy is working for their company. They make a demand for  their shoes by making them known, making them be the shoe of the  celebrities. They are making their brand be the "it" brand, and you are  cool if you wear them, and not so cool if you don't. I do think they are  launching a few too many sneakers, however it does not seem to be  slowing them down. Is it too many if business is still booming? For  them, no. They know that they really cannot have "too  many sneakers"  because people will continue to buy them. In the video they said that  there was no longer an "it shoe," I agree, but there is an "it" brand,  and its NIke.
