Outsourcing has pros and cons; it is an issue that has been debated tremendously through time from both sides of the business perspective. Companies are constantly trying to match the demands of investors and tough competitor markets - relying on cutting cost, without sabotaging quality, as a result ... they outsource jobs that are important but not critical to the operation, leaving those to more skilled workers domestically.
