Take the Bases of Power Inventory and summarize your results in a Word document. Research shows that the most effective leaders work to improve and are adept at using all five bases of power (described in detail in the handout).  In your write-up, describe what your results mean to you and what steps you will take to effectively build your power bases now and/or in the future. Your answer should be of sufficient length to fully answer the question.
