Discussion Question week 2
A) The evidence that much of the monetary assistance and other forms of aid are stolen by government officials that supports my opinion that South Africa relies heavily on the coals to produce electricity for most of that country. If there were better programs and people looking out for the better of others the aid would be distributed amongst the programs.
B) The main factors that account for misuse of fund is it reduces community establishments, delays the distribution of essential aids, as well as low assets presenting efficient progress and lack improvement in all third world countries.
C)The IMF and World Bank has tried to control corruption in developing countries by generating a system for public officials to report their wealth.
Even though I have read that there is little evidence proving aid is is being stolen there is an site called the "Morning Ghana" that states other wise.
