Each team member is required to post in the designated team area a minimum of three times each week, starting no later than Wednesday. This will feed into your individual grade for how well you are assisting your teammates with the preparation for the Final Presentation and Final Report.

Team Video Analysis Report #2

Start your second analysis and report of what you have learned from this week's Video Episodes. You will add to this with your review and analysis of the Week 4 Video Episodes. This report is due in Week 4.

Final Project - Reminder

Each week, all team members will work together to develop the content of the deliverable for the Final Project (Final Presentation and Final Report) for the respective teams. Documents that the teams should use include the Final Report and Presentation Guide, Final Presentation Rubric, and Final Report Rubric documents from Course Resources as well as your Team Analysis Reports. A significant part of the information you will use will come from the Video Episodes and Lessons that you are reviewing each week. What it takes includes your working together via the team collaboration tools, and individual efforts - all coming together as team efforts.

Be sure to use the skills and talents each of you has - from your education programs and/or work experience and learning materials. The synergy and success in your completing the Final Project will make a huge difference in these deliverable. Work together, uncover what you do (as well as do not) know about CanGo and your recommendations, and be prepared for the rewards of efforts that will demonstrate your future successes in this course, at work, with charities, and in your personal lives.

Team Leader Weekly Status Report - Required

Each week, it is the weekly Team Leader's responsibility to complete and submit the Weekly Status Report to track the team's activities and progress on current projects. This is also the place to point out any developing issues with team members who are failing to perform their share of the work, or to address any other issues that may affect team performance. Identify your Weekly Team Status Report by using the team letter and week number as part of the name of your file. For example, for Team C and Week 3, the file name is Team_C_3_Weekly_Status_Report.

Team Leader: Upload your team's Weekly Status Report to the Group file area by the end of the week.

For weeks 2-7, your team will create a Voice Thread presentation of the team's status that includes progress, issues, opportunities and questions. The team leader will post this Voice Thread, beginning in Week 2, to the Class Discussion: Team Status. You status will be reviewed by others in the class for feedback. Be sure you post your VoiceThread within the first two days of the week it is due.
